This marketing site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If you email us to book a demo, we receive your email address and what you wrote, and we use them to reply. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations.

The ClarityGRC platform

The platform is governed by the agreement each customer signs, which controls in any conflict with this page. In brief: customer data belongs to the customer; every record is isolated per company with database-enforced row-level security; we keep an append-only audit trail; and we use a small set of subprocessors (hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, and an AI model provider for drafting features) listed in the customer agreement. We do not sell personal information.
